After a lovely three-course meal, the guests were entertained by a bearded Paul Laidlaw, the auctioneer and antiques expert. He held our attention for an hour and a half and regaled us with many amusing anecdotes as well as telling us about himself, the job of an auctioneer and all about being on Antiques Trip and Bargain Hunt.
It was a super day out!
